Abstract

This is a report of a 19-year-old woman with antepartum hemorrhage and bad obstetric history due to bicornuate uterus.

The incidence of bicornuate uterus is rare. Women with uterine anomalies do not generally have reduced fertility but they have lower reproductive outcomes and worse prognosis. It is recommended that bicornuate uterus be surgically corrected with the excision of the septa and enhancement of the cavity before the patient is advised to plan for conception.
